The ECB-916M Rev.B11 is a microATX form factor board supporting Type 1 and Type 2 COM Express Modules. AAEON's standard carrier boards can be used in their default configuration or as a starting point for a custom carrier design reducing the cost and time of development. Common uses of a standard carrier are proof-of-concept and software validation which gives any project a jump start to improve time to market.
The ECB-916M Rev.B11 offers four serial ports, one parallel port, four USB ports, PS2 keyboard/mouse, and 8-bit programmable digital I/O. To take full advantage of today's high speed interfaces, the ECB-916M includes PCI-Express〔x16〕, PCI-Express〔x1〕, ExpressCard, Mini Card, standard PCI, as well as a Mini PCI. Storage needs are met with one PATA channel, four SATA connectors, one Floppy Disk Drive connector, and a CompactFlash Type II slot.
A truly full featured and versatile validation platform, the ECB-916M Rev.B11 supports both AT and ATX power input. With 7.1 channel audio and VGA/ LVDS/ TV-out display interfaces the ECB-916M Rev.B11 delivers a rich multimedia experience, making it the perfect platform for any market.
